- 2 large ripe avocados
- 100–150 g Omiros Organic Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 small bunch of herbs (mint, oregano, lemon thyme, rosemary)
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- 1 diced tomato
Cut the avocados lengthwise, rotate them around the pit, twist the two halves apart, remove the pit and peel the avocados.
Chop the herbs finely and mince the garlic clove.
In a bowl mix the crumbled feta cheese with the herbs, the minced garlic, the two table spoons of milk, some drops of olive oil and a little pepper.
Divide the mixture to fill the 4 pieces of avocado, put them in a baking pan, sprinkle them with a little olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven with the fan on at 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve the hot, velvet, aromatic avocados immediately.
