  • 4 barley
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes past the grater
  • 400g feta cheese grated
  • 10g oregano
  • 60ml olive oil
  • Salt

I get a basin and fill it with water. Then I take the barley and I dive into the water for 5 seconds, just on one side, and place them on a large dish. I rake with olive oil and oregano and then I put the topped tomato & the grated feta
