The milk zone department is responsible for the receiving of the milk and all the necessary actions to be done for its safe and in-time collection. The annual quantity of incoming milk is 42,000 tonnes of sheep’s & goat’s milk and 7,000 tonnes of cow’s milk.

The processing capability of 300 tonnes daily Milk transport fleet is 32 privately owned isolated milk tanker trucks. We are constantly improving our fleet with the latest technology and modern equipment in order to match our needs.
